GreenZone Properties is making things happen from coast to coast. In California we’re making progress on our DHS Triangle project offering investors substantial returns on a real estate investment that takes advantage of the booming cannabis industry. With recreational use now legal in California, the Golden State is poised to become the new king of the west in terms of cannabis businesses, with projections ranging from $8 Billion – $33 Billion in projected sales revenue.
We’re also in the process of bringing on a new member to our executive team, a man with both political and business building experience. In his last position he helped turn two companies into eighty. He also spearheaded public-private partnerships in his home city working with local officials to build a better and safer community. We’ll share more about that at a later date.
On the other end of the country we spent the last week meeting with city and town officials across the State of Maine. The Pine Tree State is full of hardworking men and women looking for a brighter tomorrow, something that was evident in each community we visited.
We met with city planners, code enforcement directors, lawyers, town councils and board members, the Policy Advisor to the Governor, and members of Congress. In doing so we learned a great deal about where they are in the legislative process and made a number of important political connections.
